Understand the structure before you start
Missing drawings, uncertain reinforcement details and unknown material properties can hold a project back. We plan investigations around the information your engineer needs, combining non-intrusive scanning with targeted sampling or opening-up where appropriate.
Investigation tailored to your project
Our services include GPR concrete scanning, EM/Ferroscan rebar surveys, concrete coring and materials testing. Wider investigations can include half-cell and resistivity surveys, boroscopic inspections and intrusive breakouts. The combination depends on the structure, access and questions being investigated.
Clear findings for engineering decisions
We agree the scope, review available information and coordinate access before attending site. Findings are recorded in a report tailored to your brief, with relevant survey information and limitations to support your engineer’s assessment. Where laboratory analysis is required, we work with UKAS accredited laboratory partners.
Minimise disruption to your site
We select practical methods for live working environments and keep intrusive works proportionate to the information needed. Where samples or breakouts are required, we plan the locations and reinstatement as part of the investigation.
